Trips between geo objects
Building a report
The report allows you to get information about the trips of an object (s) between several geo objects.
To build a report from the Reports window , select the Trips between geoobjects report in the list of reports from the Additional group :
Then select objects and geoobjects from the lists in the left part of the window.
When selecting objects, select the necessary objects.
When selecting geo objects, select several geo objects from the list, and also indicate the presence of the Start and End options
Start - - if active, then the departure from this geo object can be the beginning of the trip.
End - - if active, then entering this geo object can be the end of the trip.
Options allow you to define the direction of travel. Required if you want to define only trips in one direction, avoiding trips in the opposite direction.
If the icon is green, then the option is active.
Select the period, indicate those cells that are green.
After we click Build , at the bottom of the screen and we get a report in the following form:
Report content
The following information is available in the report:
Initial stop - the name of the geo object from which the object left
Start - the time of the first message that appeared after leaving the geo object
End stop - the name of the geo object that the object entered
End - the time of the first message that appeared after entering the geo object
Trip duration - the time between exits from one geo-object and entering another
Duration inside - the time spent in the final geo-object
Duration of trips - the time of trips between geo-objects, taking into account the time spent inside geo-objects
Mileage, km - mileage made by the object in trips between geo-objects
Mileage inside, km - mileage inside the final geoobject
Mileage in trips, km - mileage of trips between geoobjects, taking into account the mileage inside geoobjects
Avg. speed, km/h - average speed in trips between geoobjects
Max. speed , km/h -
maximum speed when traveling between geo - objects inside, l - consumption within the final geoobject Consumption in trips, l - consumption in trips between geoobjects, taking into account the consumption within geoobjects.
Consumption, l/100 km - fuel consumption during a trip between geo-objects
Driver - the driver assigned to the object. If there were multiple drivers, all drivers are displayed in order by date of appointment.
The report has Totals that display the following information:
Start stop - the name of the first geo object from which the object left
Start - the time of the first message that appeared after the exit from the first geo object
End stop - the name of the last geo object that the object entered
End - the time of the first message that appeared after entering the last geo object
Trip duration - the sum of the values in the Trip duration column
Duration inside - the sum of the values in the Duration inside column
Duration of trips - the last value of the column Trip duration
Mileage, km - the sum of the values in the column Mileage, km
Mileage inside, km - the sum of the values in the column Mileage inside, km
Mileage in trips, km - the last value of the column Mileage in trips, km
Avg. speed, km/h - average speed for all trips.
Max. speed, km/h - the highest value from the column Max. speed, km/h
Start fuel, l - fuel level at the moment of leaving the first geoobject
Fuel end, l - fuel level at the moment of entering the last geoobject
Consumption, l - sum of values in the Consumption column, l
Consumption inside, l - sum of values columns Consumption inside, l
Consumption on trips, l - the last value of the column Consumption on trips, l
Consumption, l/100 km - fuel consumption on a trip between geoobjects
Driver - list of assigned drivers
Quantity - number of trips made.
Additional options
In the settings, in the tab Reports - Trips between geo objects, the option appeared:
Allow circular trips - an option that allows you to count trips when the vehicle left the geo object and returned back to it. Disabled by default.
Filtering by time spent, sec - this option also works for reporting trips between geo objects. To be included in the report, the object must stay inside the geo object for a time greater than or equal to the time specified in this option. Default 60 sec.
