Refueling list

The "Refueling list" report allows you to analyze the events of the object's fuel distribution: find out at what time, where and how much fuel was given, to which object with which driver, and also to correlate the values ​​of the given and filled fuel.

Before you start, you can set up fuel report detailing. To do this, you need to go to the user settings,

in the “Reports” section in the “Fuel” subsection, select the starting point for your report: in the previous day or in the current day. If this parameter is not configured manually, the detail will not be displayed by default.

The report contains the following information:

Start  - date and time of the start of the fuel dispensing event.

End  - date and time of the end of the fuel dispensing event.

Time  - the duration of the fuel dispensing event.

A tanker  is an object distributing fuel.

Driver  - the driver of the object receiving fuel.

To determine the driver, an RFID reader is used, respectively, the object distributing fuel must have a sensor with the driver's RFID type, the driver's card must be entered in the Radio Tags directory and linked to the driver in the system, otherwise the driver will not be detected.

Object  - the object that received the fuel.

It is determined by analyzing the events Refueling of nearby objects.

- If a driver is identified with an RFID reader and assigned to a facility that receives fuel, then that facility will be displayed in the report.

- If the driver has not been defined, then the report displays an object that has gas stations and is nearby. Such an object is displayed in the report with the mark "Possible".

- If the driver was not defined and there were no objects nearby that had the Refueling event, then the cell will remain empty.

Delivered  - the amount of fuel dispensed by the tanker during the fuel dispensing event.

Accepted  - the amount of fuel, defined as refueling at the facility that received the fuel.

If the object is not defined, then 0 is displayed in the cell.

Difference  - the difference between the received and delivered fuel, also additionally displayed as a percentage.

Objects nearby  - objects located in the nearest radius of the tanker during the fuel dispensing event.

Address  - the location of the fuel dispensing event, the address is displayed according to the user's geocoding template.

A report can  be built  in three different ways:

- In the Monitoring section, select an object, click on the Build history icon, select the period of interest, click on the Build button drop-down list and select the "Refill list" report:

- In the Reports section, select a group of objects and a period, select the "Refill list" report in the Main section and click the Build button:

- Having built a Track from the object in the Monitoring section: if there are events of the Fueler operation, an additional tab is displayed - Fuel dispensing, containing information that duplicates the Refueling list report.
