Personalization makes it possible to customize the individual design of GLONASSSoft.

Personalization settings allow you to:

  • Choose one of 5 color schemes (aquamarine, turquoise, graphite, ultramarine, burgundy);

  • The ability to see your own background during authorization and navigation;

  • Displaying the client's logo when using the system;

  • Use your own favicon to mark the client's page in the browser;

  • Set up sending system mailing lists from your own e-mail;

  • Set up sending requests to technical support - to an email address or to your OkDesk system.

General settings

To create personalization, you need to contact the manager, who will send you a form to fill out.

Inside you will need to fill in the following fields:

  • Site name  - the field that will be displayed in the browser header;

  • contact number

  • E-mail  - electronic postal address;

  • Web-site  - the address of the site to which the transition will be made when you click on the "about the program" button. If the site is not specified, the "about" window will not open;

  • Domain name  - a domain name in the glonasssoft.ru domain (which is set by default in the client.glonasssoft.ru format).

To use your domain/subdomain, you need to inform the manager about it, after that:

For web.

  • 1. Get a certificate for the domain;
  • 2. Transfer the certificate, intermediate certificate, key to the manager.
  • 3. Register in DNS:
    • a) CNAME hosting.glonasssoft.ru. (preferred) or (if CNAME option not available)
    • b) A 130.193.70.43

For appliances. Register CNAME gw1.glonasssoft.ru. An SSL certificate is not required.

  • Privacy Policy  - allows you to download a document in PDF format so that it can be displayed in the registration window.

Visualization setup

All uploaded files must have appropriate graphic resolutions and extensions.

  • Authorization background: size no more than 1400x800 pixels, extension - .jpeg, .jpg;

  • Navigation background: size 245x580 pixels, extension -. jpeg, .jpg;

  • Main logo - 485x580 extension - pixels, extension - .svg;

  • Additional logo (partition window logo) - 130x34 pixels, extension - .svg;

  • Favicon* - 16x16 or 32x32 pixels, extension - .svg.

*Favicon - site icon. Displayed by the browser in a tab before the page name in the address bar.

Newsletter settings

Sending notifications from the GLONASSSoft system to the client's e-mail address.

The section allows you to set up sending personalized newsletters and scheduled reports on behalf and mailbox specified in the section.

For the correct operation of sending letters, technical settings are required, which must be clarified with the system administrator.

Technical settings include:

  • Host and Port of the mail service;

  • Login and Password from the mailing address from which the mailing should be carried out;

  • The need to use an SSL certificate.

Other settings:

  • Sender's name - the name that will be indicated as the sender's name in the letter.

  • Sender's e-mail - the address from which the letter will be sent.

  • Test e-mail* - the address where you can test the mailing.

*You can check the correctness of the filled fields by clicking on the “Send a test message” button, then select a sample letter. After that, a letter will be sent to the address specified in the “Test e-mail” field.

Setting up a call to technical support

GLONASSSoft has the ability to send support requests directly from the system:

By default, calls are sent to GLONASSSoft technical support.

When setting up personalization, you can choose to send cases to your own email address or to OkDesk if you have one. To do this, you can also contact the manager or the technical support department of GLONASSSoft. Setting up sending requests is carried out by GLONASSSoft technical support.

If you need to receive applications by e-mail, please provide the e-mail address to which you want to receive applications.

If you are using the Okdesk help desk, you must provide the user's authorization token and Okdesk entry point.

In order for the user to be able to send requests from the system window, it is necessary to assign the user the "Contact technical support" role or, when creating a client role, specify the "Contact technical support" right.
