Initial setup.
The initial setting in the software is not required, to start working, the user must have the right to take a photo, as well as add an object to the system, the terminal of which transmits a sign of photo generation. We invite you to watch the overview video:

Working with photos can be divided into 5 use cases:
Building a report on a photo from an object.
Building reports "Track", "Messages", "Navigation".
Building a report based on a photo from a geo object or field.
Building a report on the photo on the map.
Create a report in the designer using the Photo template.
Building a photo report from an object
If the user has rights to the photo, the user has the opportunity to build a report on the photos generated by the terminal of the object. To build a report, first of all, you need to enable the display of the “Photo” column in the object tree using the “Three Points” tool.
Column display is disabled by default:
After this action, the column will appear in the object tree.
If the terminal of an object generates a photo, then a photo icon will appear in the line of this object, if the icon is not displayed, then the terminal does not generate or has not yet generated a photo.
By clicking on the icon, the activity calendar opens, the days in the calendar are colored depending on the number of generated photos:
After selecting the period of interest, you must click on the build button, a list of photos generated by the object for the selected period will be displayed in the window that opens:
Photos in the list are grouped by day, from newest to oldest.
The list displays:
Photo name
The name is generated automatically, it can be edited manually by selecting a photo in the list and clicking on the edit icon in the upper left corner of the window.
photo status
All possible photo statuses are listed below:
“Photo is on the device” - the status means that the object's terminal has generated a photo, but the photo has not been received by the system. For further work, the photo must be requested from the device.
“Photo requested from device” - the status means that the object's terminal generated a photo and it was requested by the system user. To check if a photo has arrived from the device, after requesting a photo, you need to refresh the window.
“Photo available” - the status means that the object's terminal has generated a photo and it has been received by the system. Photos can be viewed and downloaded.
“No response from the device” - error when requesting a photo from the terminal, the device did not send a response. For further work with the photo, you must request it again.
“Photo deleted from device” - the photo was generated by the terminal, but has been deleted.
There are no actions available for this status.
photo preview
Preview is displayed only for received photos with the status “Photo available”.
Date and time of generation
The channel (input) from which the photo was received.
Photo info icon, when you click on the icon, you can see more detailed information about the photo: Photo name, object name, channel, date and time, comment, address, status.
Additional tools are also displayed for individual photos:
The “Download” icon for available photos and the “Request from terminal” icon for photos with the status “On device” and “No response from device”.
To the right of the list is the photo viewing area.
In order to view a photo, it is necessary to mark its checkbox in the list.
The selected photo will be added to the viewing area.
Photos can be displayed in several modes:
1x1 - one photo is displayed, if several are selected, you can scroll through them using the arrow icons or using the tool under the photo.
Photo tile mode 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 - a grid of several photos is displayed: 4, 9, 16 photos.
For already available photos, a photo is displayed in full size or a preview, depending on the selected display mode.
By default, the photo display mode is 1x1.
Photos can also be quickly opened to the entire viewing area by double-clicking on an entry in the list, and just as quickly closed by double-clicking on the viewing area.
You can change the display mode by clicking on the icon located under the photo viewing area.
To scroll through the selected photos, you need to use the tool in the lower right part of the window, under the photo viewing area.
When viewing photos in 1x1 mode, there are also options:
Return the photo to its original scale.
The photo returns to its original scale if it was zoomed in or out.
Open original in new tab.
The photo opens in a new tab at its original resolution.
Copy link.
The link to the photo in original resolution is copied to the clipboard. The tools are available on the right side of the photo viewing area.
To change the period for working with photos, you need to call the activity calendar again or select a different request period:
Building reports "Track", "Messages", "Navigation".

As well as from any subreport of the “Track” report.
If you have the right to work with a photo and the condition that the terminal of the object transmits a photo, the “Photo” column will be added to the listed reports:
When you switch to the window for working with photos, all photos generated during the report period will be available. The photos in the list will be grouped by the events of the report from which the user has moved, while the photos inside the selected event will be automatically marked for viewing:
In the window for working with a photo, when switching from a report, the same tools will be available as when building from a tree of objects, except for changing the period query - for this, you need to build a report again.
Building a report based on a photo from a geo object or field.
To build a report on a photo from a geo object or field, the user must have the right to work with photos, as well as enable the display of a column with photos in the tree of geo objects and fields.
To build a report based on a photo, click on the photo icon next to the geoobject or field of interest.
In the calendar that opens, the days are shaded depending on the number of photos generated during the visit to the selected geo object or field.
Having built a report on photos from a geo object or field, the photo list will be grouped by visits, the photo group will also contain the name of the object.
Further, the functionality is completely similar to working with a photo when building from an object.
You can also go to the window for working with photos by building a report on visits to geo-objects and fields.
Building a report on the photo on the map.
To build a report on the photo on the map, click on the icon in the map area:
After that, photos generated for today will appear in the visible area of the map, and previews of all photos will be displayed in the report area.
You can change the build period by clicking the icon in the generated reports area:
The working area of the map will be marked with a dotted line frame. Photos will only be found in the marked area. To change the map workspace, you must migrate the map and then refresh the report:
To view the photo in full, you need to click on the icon on the map, then in the pop-up window that opens on the photo preview.
After this action, the photo will open on the entire area of the map:
You can scroll through the photo, choosing the one you need, in the report area, to display it, you need to double-click on the photo preview:
Create a report in the designer using the Photo template.
In the report designer section, you can create a custom report with a photo table template.
The following columns are available in the table:
Client
The name of the client who owns the item that took the photo.
An object
The name of the entity that generated the photo.
Status
The current status of the photo.
Generation date
Date and time the photo was generated.
photo name
Name of the photo.
A comment
Comment added to photo.
Address
The address where the photo was generated.
Link
Link to photo in original resolution.
