To add services to a tariff plan, open the tariff creation window and click on the “Add” icon:

The following window will open in front of you:

This window displays a list of services available for adding. By selecting one or more services in the table and clicking on the “Select” icon, these services will appear in the tariff plan settings table.

The service table allows you to configure the limit, service price and period for debiting funds. 

Also, these indicators can be edited in the “Services” tab in the client window after the tariff plan has been assigned:

The services table contains the following columns:

- № – line number.

- Service – the name of the service is displayed.

- Active – when you click on the checkbox, the service becomes active.

- Calculation based on the fact - when you click on the checkbox, the calculation of money expenditure is based on the actual number of objects. If the checkbox is not active, then the money expenditure is calculated based on the value specified in the “Limit” column.

- Limit – a field for setting a limit for a specific service, also used when calculating the write-off amount. If you do not enter a value in the field, the “Actual calculation” function is activated. If the client has reached the partner limit, the system prohibits him from creating new objects.

- Price – field where the price for one unit of service is indicated. When calculating flow rate, the field value is multiplied by the field value:

• Limit - if not active, then settlement upon the fact; 
• Quantity - if actual settlement is active. The value can have up to 2 decimal places.

- Period – the period after which funds are written off from the balance sheet. The cell contains two fields: the left field contains a number, and the right field contains a drop-down list of two lines: day and month.

The write-off period is set as: 1 month, 2 months, 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, etc. 
The period for all services can be set differently. The period is always reset at 00:00 UTC. 
The "Day" type period starts counting from 00:00 UTC of the next day, then the counter takes the value 1. The 
"Month" type period starts counting from 00:00 UTC on the first day of the next month, then the counter takes the value 1.

- Quantity is a non-editable field. The amount of service actually used is displayed. 

- Set tariff settings – an icon, clicking on which resets the values ​​in the fields (status, actual payment, limit, price, period) to what is specified in the selected tariff plan. If a tariff plan is not assigned, the icon is not activated. -

The client is not able to change the parameters of his own table of services and restrictions, or add new services.

Functionality limitation

The availability of functionality in the monitoring and control panel for users depends on the choice of services.

Example

Within the tariff we will leave only 1 active service - “Objects”. 

Then, when you go to the user account of this client, functionality that is not defined by the services will not be displayed:

In this case, the sections “Routes”, “Drivers”, “Notifications” will be available, as at the moment there are no services limiting them. Over time, the list of services will expand.

Services and rights

The basis for the functionality of the user is the availability of the service in the tariff and the rights to it. That is, it is necessary that in addition to rights, the client has services for functionality:

- If the user has rights to a certain functionality, but it is not in the services, it will not be displayed.

- If the user has a service added, but does not have rights, then the functionality will also not be displayed.
