Client Roles
Client roles are created so that users for clients can create roles with their own rights, and not with system ones.
Client roles are located in the “Billing” section.
After opening the section, a table appears with the following columns:
- Name - the name of the role given when creating
- Abbreviation - abbreviated name of the role
- Users - the number of users to which this role is applied
- Creation date - date and time the role was created
- Creator - the user who created the role
- Client - the client to which the role belongs
Creating roles
To create a client role, click on the icon . After that, the window for creating a new role opens.
In the window, you must specify the full and abbreviated name of the user. And in the list that appears, select the necessary rights.
- A user cannot create a client role that has more rights than his role.
You can also edit existing roles using the icon . In the window that opens, the name fields are filled in and a list of rights created within the client is given.
When a role is added but does not appear in the list, it must be updated using the icon .
You can also delete a role using the icon .
