Control Panel

The control panel is designed to administer clients, users, objects and functionality of the monitoring system. It allows you to solve all the main tasks performed by automated workstations. Work in the Control Panel is available only to the administrator of the Web application.

The Control Panel contains the following key sections:

• Clients  is used to create and edit client organizations and subdivisions

• Users  is used to grant access to specific employees of the organization and customer employees

• Objects  is intended for creating and editing objects and is available for editing by the administrator of the monitoring window.

• Directories  includes a set of directories of various data (Object Models, Subdivisions, Drivers, Radio Tags). Completed elements can be linked and reflected in reports and groupings (for example, grouping by car models, etc.)

• Retransmission  allows you to redirect telematic data received from navigation equipment to other servers.
   

Required qualifications

Users of the control panel must be qualified to provide at least:

• confident skills in working on a personal computer with a user interface (keyboard, mouse, window and application management, file system);

• confident skills in using a standard client program (Chrome 53+, YA Browber 19.10.1+, Mozilla Firefox 68+, Opera 58+, Microsoft Edge 88+  in the Internet environment (setting up connections, interactive elements);

• systems administration skills;

• database administration skills.

The administrator must be aware of his actions and their impact on the system as a whole.
 

System requirements

The administrator can work with the control panel if the following minimum workplace requirements are met:

• Processor - not lower than Pentium-IV 1.6 GHz;

• RAM - at least 1 GB;

• Disk - the amount of free space, at least;

• Display - 1024x768, 16 bit;

• Network adapter;

• Operating system – Microsoft Windows 10+;

• Web Browser – Chrome 53+, YA Browber 19.10.1+, Mozilla Firefox 68+, Opera 58+, Microsoft Edge 88+;

• Stable communication channel with the Internet with a data transfer rate of at least 1 Mb / s.

• The capacity of the administrator's workstation should depend on the number of objects being processed: the greater the number of objects, the higher the requirements for the hardware capacity of the workstation.
